Bio:

Katrina interned and had various scholarships at legendary dance studios such as Giordano Jazz, Joel Hall, Lou Conte / Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway - After graduating Western Michigan University with a B.F.A. in Dance, Katrina lived out her Broadway dreams in New York City for sixteen years. There she was mentored by theatre dance icons such as Andy Blankenbuehler (choreographer /Tony award winner for ‘In the Heights’ and ‘Hamilton’), Joshua Bergasse (choreographer and Emmy award winner for ’SMASH’), and Chet Walker (co-creator for the Tony award musical ‘Fosse’) to name a few…

Katrina danced and showcased her choreography both on and off Broadway and also in regional theatres around the U.S. before moving to Nova Scotia, Canada. When Katrina wasn’t busy performing there, she’d be teaching both dance (at House of Eights Dance Studio) and acting (at The Bus Stop Theatre) for adults.
